This Cookie Policy explains how StudioPilot uses cookies and similar technologies on our website.
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We also use localStorage, which stores data locally in your browser for the same purposes.

3. Advertising and Third-Party Cookies
- Stripe: may set cookies for fraud prevention during payment processing.
- Meta and TikTok: we run their measurement scripts so we can tell which ads work. Their scripts set
_fbp,_fbc,_ttp,ttcsid,ttcsid_<id>and_tt_enable_cookie. - Ours, not theirs:
ttclidandsp_fbclidare first-party cookies our own code writes. When you arrive from an ad, the link carries a click id, and we copy it into a cookie so it is still there once you have browsed on. We send it when you register or buy. - Google Tag Manager: loads unless you switch both analytics and marketing off. With marketing alone switched off it still loads, with its advertising storage signals set to denied.
- What declining actually stops: from that moment on it stops the Meta and TikTok scripts running, stops new Marketing cookies being set, and stops your browser passing any of those ids to us. Two limits are worth knowing. The scripts load as soon as the page is ready, which can be before the banner has appeared, so declining stops what follows rather than undoing what already happened. And we cannot delete a cookie that is already on your device, including the ones we set ourselves; only your browser can, which is the next section. Declining also does not stop the events our own servers send to Meta and TikTok when you register, start a checkout or buy. Those go out whether you accepted or declined, carrying your hashed email address, and for the account and checkout events your IP address, your user agent and the page address as well. Our Privacy Policy sets out each one.
4. Managing Cookies
There are three controls, and each one covers something different.
The cookie banner, and "Cookie settings" in the footer, decide whether the analytics and advertising scripts run in your browser. They start switched on, so they are already running when the banner appears, and declining is what turns them off from then on. Your choice is stored on the device you made it on, so it does not travel to another browser.
Your browser settings block or delete cookies already on your device, ours included. Blocking essential cookies will stop you logging in. localStorage can be cleared the same way, from your browser's settings or its developer tools.
Neither of those reaches our servers. When you register, start a checkout or complete a purchase, our servers report that event directly to Meta and TikTok. It leaves from our side rather than from your browser, so the banner does not switch it off, clearing cookies does not prevent it, and an ad blocker cannot block it.
